make use of the facilities, the last ones you will see for a while!
Hi promenaders, love reading you blog, say hi to the Mongols.
As Gav said in lost and found, "sounds crap"! We're glad we're here sorting out timetables, writing lesson plans, ferrying the kids back and forth to Bretenoux and St Cere and painting doors (or in Chris's case sorting out jam problems!)than getting lost in Moscow. Yes, it's a shame you can't post photos up yet, but your reports are so vivid we can imagine what it is like. I expect that there will be fewer traffic jams and pizza places in Mongolia, but fewer internet cafes too, so I don't know when you will get this, but Chris especially sends his love (he can't ever get on the computer before internet shuts down at about 8pm) That's the only advantage of ferrying the kids about - they're not here so I can get on the computer. Just having a few probs remembering my password for the google blog (this is the second time I've typed this - it sounded funnier the first time!!!) Take care, keep soaking up the sights. Love you loads. Sian & Co xxxxxx
Hi there your good selves, sounds like everything's a breeze up to now..... is that the kiss of death saying that?
Time to rough it a bit now, find out how the real people live in Asia!!! Anyway, make the most of it, Lou, try to spend less time looking through the lens, and more time seeing, listening, smelling..... your camera can't capture everything - your memories can.
On an administrative level, Justin and Quince have done some watering - yes, summer has finally arrived (only joking, it's quite cool today) & Sian will check the postbox on Friday. House advancing (more or less...).
Are you allowed to say "lots of love" on a blog?
Lots of love, Chris
A thousand words tell one picture! We're enjoying the updates L&L, sounds like you're having a great time. You can upload photos via your phone & email. Drop James a line for how. Have lots of fun!
24 hours in , hope the toilet is still working !!! Stu says " any sore bits yet " ! Steve and I are sitting here having a laugh at your expense !! We are enjoying a glass of wine, waiting for a lovely meal cooked by Stu and we have functioning facilities upstairs---------how's it going for you ?! Love from all here at Ventnor xx P.S. Belated thank you for Denny's belated card !!
I meant to wish you a Happy 40th Anniversary, yesterday, but forgot - well, what's new?!? I hope you did something extra, although how much can one couple celebrate, lol? BTW - beware of random children giving you sips of drinks in the street. I watched Sanjeev in India, y'see, and was worried for your tums! Mind you, I expect most of your drink is dark red, and comes in a green bottle! Have fun! Gwen xxx
Hi Guys,
Anne returned from Kendal today and we depart - belatedly - for France and the Rugby World Cup on Monday. Have you tried any of the local vodka - it must be better than that eaua de vie you served us in Gagnac. You will need a bottle for your celebrations today. Happy 40th from Bedlam
hands off our eau de vie, kieth...we love it...cures all ills!
